The Call for Proposals for GodotFest 2026
is now open until August 31st.

We have moved the deadline. August is holiday season, and a good proposal takes time to write. The extra weeks should give more people the chance to submit one.

Nothing else about the process changes. We are looking for practical talks with a clear takeaway: production learnings, tooling, rendering, pipelines, or a postmortem of a project you shipped. First-time speakers are welcome. Tell us who the talk is for and what people should know afterwards, and use examples from your own work where you can.

If you have already submitted, you do not need to do anything. Your proposal stays in the pool and will be reviewed with all the others.

We read every proposal once the call closes and build the programme from there. If you are unsure whether your idea fits, ask us on Discord before you submit.
