Ticket Prices lowered

As a group of five - next to our day jobs - we set out to create a new, annual Godot conference.
Just like the feedback from our first venture into creating GodotCon 23 suggested, we wanted to create a great atmosphere for our Godot community to connect, listen, talk and workshop.
With nice food & drinks included for everyone.
That of course, has a price – locations are not cheap, and food surely isn’t.

With smartvillage , we found the ideal location to which we want GodotFest to return to every year. But the cost is massive.

As this is a completely new endeavour, we wanted to be safe in our financials, and we ended up choosing a conservative ticket price, which would cover all venue & food costs.

But we also saw that the community struggles with the price – and we want to listen. This is a conference for the community, and we are now confident, that we will be able to cover our costs with sponsorships.

This is the new ticket price structure
PassPriceOffer End
Early Bird150€July 15th
Regular Pass200€October 1st
Late Bird Pass300€-
And, very importantly, everyone who purchased their tickets at the original price, will be refunded the price difference towards the new pricing structure.
